Rebates Make New Heating and Air Conditioning Systems Affordable

Rose Heating Co. is a company specializing in the sales and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. We do our very best to bring special offers to customers that make it possible for them to upgrade heating and air conditioning systems that no longer function properly, or that use excessive energy simply because of their age. That is why you should constantly check with us for our very special Spring and Fall rebates that can mean the difference between you being able to afford a more energy-efficient HVAC system upgrade, or having to put up with your old, inefficient system.

Heating and Air Conditioning Service and Repairs

Even if you get your HVAC system regularly serviced, which is strongly recommended, it is not going to last forever, and you will eventually want to replace an outdated HVAC system. Regular servicing can prevent your system from failing completely, but as it gets older it will be less energy-efficient, and it will probably require more replacement parts.

Rose Heating Co. will be glad to provide you with top-level service engineers whenever you need them. Every HVAC system, including new ones that are still under warranty, should be serviced at least once a year. The service is to make sure that everything is running efficiently, thus reducing energy costs, and to repair any problems before they cause the system to stop working altogether. You may get some early warning signs of imminent failure, and you should contact Rose Heating Co. immediately you do. Examples of potential problems are fluctuating temperatures when the HVAC system is on and strange noises coming from the system.

Heating and Air Conditioning Upgrades

The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection has calculated the replacing an old HVAC system with a modern one can reduce the amount of energy it uses by 20%. Since the HVAC system is probably your biggest energy user, that can make a big difference to energy bills.

We know that replacing your heating or air conditioning system is still expensive. That is why we try so hard to deliver quality products at the best price. Our special offers in spring and fall often include large rebates on qualifying purchases that can save you big bucks. On top of that, we can tell you about other rebates you may be entitled to from your energy supplier or from the government. Best of all, you may be able to qualify for our financing package, which could see you getting a new HVAC system for low monthly payments.

If you live in the Portland, Tigard or West Linn, Oregon areas, talk to us right now to learn about our current offers on new HVAC systems. Our number is: (503) 283-5183.
